Before starting any form of roofing or remodeling, we make sure to obtain and post permits in accordance with both local and state laws. We also make it a point to remove existing shingles and felt, and protect home exterior and landscaping.

Our general contractors see to it that a 30-pound felt underlayment is always installed. We follow strict standards such as to fasten the roof with 6 nails per shingle. Replacing lead jacks and roof vents are always a part of the maintenance that we do. We will also re-flash chimneys and walls with sheet metal as needed.

After we’ve completed your remodeling, we make sure to clean up and haul away debris to a facility that’s approved. We will go the extra mile and magnetically sweep the property for nails. We always leave you with a 5-year workmanship warranty and we never demand payments up front!
